1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bb44app ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the bb44app website located at https://bb44app.club and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, sub-domains, or related services operated under the bb44app brand.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing any wager, or engaging in any game or promotional activity on bb44app, you confirm unconditionally that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, understood all provisions contained herein, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

bb44app reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of bb44app following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall prevail. The governing language of all communications between bb44app and its players is English.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to bb44app and participation in any real-money gaming or betting activity on the platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you access the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of bb44app or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme that would prevent your lawful participation on the platform.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or had an account permanently closed by bb44app for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

bb44app conducts age verification checks on all new registrations. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification documents — such as a National ID Card, passport, or birth certificate — to confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus activations are processed. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

Players are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access their devices, accounts, or payment credentials. We strongly recommend using device-level parental controls, password-protecting your bb44app account, and logging out completely after each session if your device is shared with other household members.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and sports betting markets on bb44app, you must register a single personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. You must ensure that all information provided remains accurate and up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.

One Account Per Person: Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the bb44app platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.

Account registration is personal. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal in your bb44app account or any rights arising from it. You may not permit any other person to use your account, access your login credentials, or place wagers on your behalf.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password.
• You must notify bb44app immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.
• bb44app will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your login details.
• All activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you unless you have reported a security breach in advance of that activity occurring.

bb44app reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend account access, or request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Account verification documents may include but are not limited to: National ID Card (NID), passport, utility bill dated within three months, or bank statement. All documents submitted for verification are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bb44app processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through locally integrated payment channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL Mobile Banking), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. bb44app does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Players are encouraged to check the Cashier section within their account for current limits applicable to their chosen payment channel.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to four hours for bKash and Nagad, and within one to two business days for bank transfer methods. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bb44app account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• Withdrawals will only be processed after identity verification has been completed satisfactorily.
• bb44app reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• Deposits made via a specific payment method must, where possible, be withdrawn via the same method (reverse payment rule).
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• bb44app reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on unusual withdrawal patterns or amounts that fall outside a player's normal transaction history.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bb44app offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions. All promotions are subject to individual terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any inconsistency between promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms will take precedence for that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses) are detailed in each promotion's specific terms. Players are advised to read all promotional terms carefully before claiming any offer.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• bb44app reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, use of arbitrage strategies, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the individual promotion terms. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus balances that remain inactive beyond this period may be removed from the account automatically.
• Free bet bonuses are credited as bonus funds and cannot be withdrawn as cash; only net winnings above the stake amount are transferable to the withdrawable balance after meeting the applicable terms.

Seasonal promotions — including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, IPL, and T20 World Cup tournaments — are subject to limited availability and may be withdrawn or modified at bb44app's discretion without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of modification will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of their opt-in, where reasonably practicable.

6 User Obligations

As a registered player on bb44app, you accept the following obligations and responsibilities throughout the duration of your account. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the platform, the experience of all players, and the financial security of transactions conducted on the service.

1. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful and accurate information at all times, including during registration, verification, and any subsequent requests for documentation. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination.
2. Account Security: You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must use a strong, unique password and must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3. Personal Use Only: Your account is strictly for your own personal entertainment. You must not use the platform for commercial purposes, as part of a business operation, or to generate income on behalf of another person.
4. Compliance with Laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation on bb44app complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. bb44app makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.
5. Financial Responsibility: You agree to play responsibly and within your financial means. You acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that bb44app bears no responsibility for losses incurred during legitimate gaming activity.
6. Prompt Communication: You agree to respond promptly to any request from bb44app's compliance or customer support team, including requests for identity verification, source of funds documentation, or account activity clarification.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bb44app platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action or reporting to the appropriate authorities.

• Creating or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit games.
• Colluding with other players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, display glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not payable and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or insider betting on events where you have privileged access to non-public information.
• Attempting to launder money, process illicit funds, or use the platform for any purpose connected to fraud or financial crime.
• Engaging in chip dumping, soft play, or any form of game integrity manipulation in multiplayer or live dealer games.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or IP masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Making chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals in bad faith after gaming activity has taken place using the disputed funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or bb44app staff in any communication channel including live chat, email, or social media.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bb44app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, failure to complete identity verification, or at the request of the account holder themselves.

Voluntary Closure: Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements must be noted, and any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling may be becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and the player will be prevented from logging in, depositing, or placing wagers. Dormant Accounts: An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve consecutive months. bb44app may apply a monthly dormancy maintenance fee to dormant accounts, provided that the applicable fee schedule has been communicated to the account holder. If the balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account will be archived. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

• All account closure decisions made on the grounds of Terms & Conditions violations are final.
• Players who dispute an account closure decision may submit a formal complaint to [email protected].
• Funds held in accounts closed for Terms & Conditions violations may be withheld pending investigation.
• bb44app will retain account records for a minimum period of five years following closure in accordance with applicable data retention obligations.
